Be a Fair Vendor

Thank you for your interest in the Marshfield Fair!
The Fair has a long, varied, and prosperous history which will continue this, our 157th year.
The 2025 Fair had a gate of approximately 180,000 visitors for ten days. We are predominately a family/agricultural oriented fair with
4-H shows, arts, crafts, major agricultural exhibits, and other related displays. We have a large midway section operated by Dean and Flynn’s Fiesta Shows, one of New England’s finest carnivals and midway operations. A variety of free entertainment is also offered by the Fair throughout the day and evening hours. The free entertainment includes such events as magic shows, chainsaw artists, a blues festival, various music venues, motor shows including demolition derbies, two motocross events, animal displays, children’s tent and much, much more!  And we didn’t even mention all of the wonderful food and drinks that you may select!

A quick heads-up: The Marshfield Fair has been hit with several incidents of vendor scams via emails. Scam accounts target vendor events constantly, and ours is no exception. If anyone DMs you via email, Instagram, Facebook, or text claiming to represent the Marshfield Fair, that is not us. All official correspondence comes by email from Noel Powers, and payments are made by check, made out to Marshfield Fair, and mailed to P.O. Box 5, Marshfield, Ma. not to a personal name or account. We will never ask for payment by Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, wire, or gift card, and never through a DM. When in doubt, email vendors@marshfieldfair.org or call us at 781-834-6620.  Please pass this information along to others who may be affected by this scam or find it relevant.
